1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course, subscription, or digital content from FutureRN (the "Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the materials.

2. Subscription Access

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital materials included in your plan. Access begins immediately at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select (e.g., monthly or quarterly) until cancelled.

3. Billing, Renewals & Refund Policy

You authorize FutureRN to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Initial Purchase (Non-Refundable)

To protect the intellectual property contained in our courses, the first month (or initial quarter) of your subscription is strictly non-refundable. Access begins immediately upon purchase, and by purchasing, you waive any "cooling-off" period for this initial charge.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You will be charged the same amount as your original purchase.

Renewal Grace Period (48 Hours)

We offer a limited courtesy window for renewals. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal:

• You must email [email protected] within 48 hours of the renewal transaction timestamp
• Explicitly request a refund of that specific renewal charge
• Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be honored

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your account profile settings. Canceling stops future charges but does not generate a refund for past charges unless you email us within the grace period defined above. Access to the course platform will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiated by the customer without first contacting support will be considered a breach of terms and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the account. Please contact [email protected] to resolve any billing issues.

4. Intellectual Property & License

All course content, videos, text, graphics, and downloads are the exclusive property of FutureRN. You are granted a license for personal, individual study use only.

Strict Prohibitions:

Sharing your login credentials with others
Copying, recording, modifying, or redistributing materials
Using materials for commercial purposes or public display
Uploading materials to shared drives, group websites, or social media

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access course materials. FutureRN is not responsible for playback issues caused by the user's hardware or network limitations.

6. TEAS Success Promise

We stand by the quality of our instruction. If you complete our course and do not achieve the score required for your target nursing program, we will extend your access.

The Guarantee

We will provide 3 additional months of full subscription access and support, completely free of charge.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Complete 100% of the course curriculum before taking your exam
• Provide an official score report showing you did not meet your required score

7. Disclaimer & Educational Outcomes

Course materials are provided "as is." Aside from the specific Success Promise outlined in Section 6, FutureRN does not guarantee any specific exam results or nursing school admission outcomes. Success depends on the student's background, dedication, and study habits. While we aim to provide accurate information, we make no warranties regarding completeness or reliability.

8. Nursing Course Materials & Grade Guarantees

FutureRN does not guarantee any specific grade or academic performance in nursing courses. Our educational materials are designed to be supplemental resources only and are not intended to replace official course materials, lectures, or instruction provided by your educational institution. Success in nursing courses depends on numerous factors including but not limited to: your prior knowledge, study habits, attendance, participation in official course activities, and the specific requirements of your institution and instructors.

9. Limitation of Liability

FutureRN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or interruptions related to platform access. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you to FutureRN in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Updates and Changes

FutureRN reserves the right to update course materials, features, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time. Pricing changes will only apply to future billing cycles, and current subscribers will be notified via the email address on file prior to any price increase.

11. External Links

Any external links provided within the platform are accessed at your own risk. FutureRN is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within North Carolina.
