1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course, subscription, or digital content from FutureRN (the "Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access the materials.

2. Purchase Consent & Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel; (b) you are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged; (c) platform availability constitutes full delivery of the service regardless of whether you log in, access content, or otherwise use the platform during any billing period; and (d) you have read and agree to the refund policy, auto-renewal terms, and usage responsibility provisions described in these Terms of Service.

3. Subscription Access & Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Continuous Access: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access digital materials. The service provided is the commercially reasonable availability of the platform and materials for your use. Brief interruptions for scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the Company's control do not constitute a failure of service. Access begins immediately at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal Consent: By purchasing, you expressly authorize FutureRN to automatically renew your subscription at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or quarterly) and charge the payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate. Charges will continue until you affirmatively cancel your subscription. For quarterly and longer billing cycles, FutureRN will send a renewal reminder to the email address on file prior to the charge date. For all billing cycles, a confirmation receipt will be sent at the time of each renewal.

Usage Responsibility: The Company is not responsible for monitoring student usage. The obligation to pay for the subscription remains in effect regardless of whether the student logs in, views content, or otherwise utilizes the platform during the billing period. Fulfillment of service is defined as the platform being accessible to the user, not the user's active engagement with the content.

4. Service Delivery & Platform Availability

The Company maintains server uptime and availability logs as evidence of platform accessibility. These logs constitute proof of service delivery for purposes of any billing dispute. If the platform was accessible during a billing period, service is considered fully rendered for that period regardless of whether the subscriber accessed or used the platform.

5. Billing, Renewals & Refund Policy

You authorize FutureRN to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

Initial Purchase (Non-Refundable)

To protect the intellectual property contained in our courses, the first month (or initial quarter) of your subscription is strictly non-refundable. Access begins immediately upon purchase, and by completing your purchase you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current subscription rate until cancelled.

Renewal Grace Period (48 Hours)

We offer a limited courtesy window for renewals. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, you must email [email protected] within 48 hours of the renewal confirmation receipt and explicitly request a refund of that specific renewal charge.

Refund requests made after 48 hours will not be honored.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account profile settings or by emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops future charges but does not generate a refund for past charges unless you email us within the grace period defined above. Access to the course platform will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback initiated by the customer without first contacting support at [email protected] will be considered a breach of these terms and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of the account. The Company will submit all available evidence in response to any chargeback, including but not limited to: the accepted Terms of Service, the checkout consent acknowledgment, platform availability logs, renewal receipt delivery records, and any relevant account activity data. Please contact [email protected] to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

6. Intellectual Property & License

All course content, videos, text, graphics, and downloads are the exclusive property of FutureRN. You are granted a license for personal, individual study use only.

Strict Prohibitions:

Share your login credentials with others
Copy, record, screen-capture, modify, or redistribute materials
Use materials for commercial purposes or public display
Upload materials to shared drives, group websites, or social media

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company reserves the right to monitor for unauthorized access, including concurrent sessions from multiple devices or locations.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access course materials. FutureRN is not responsible for playback issues caused by the user's hardware or network limitations.

8. TEAS Success Promise

We stand by the quality of our instruction. If you complete our course and do not achieve the score required for your target nursing program, we will extend your access.

The Guarantee

We will provide 3 additional months of full subscription access and support, completely free of charge.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Complete 100% of the course curriculum before taking your exam
• Provide an official score report showing you did not meet your required score

How to Claim: Email [email protected] with your score report and a request for the extension within 30 days of receiving your score. This guarantee may be claimed one time per student.

9. Disclaimer & Educational Outcomes

Course materials are provided "as is." Aside from the specific Success Promise outlined in Section 8, FutureRN does not guarantee any specific exam results or nursing school admission outcomes. Success depends on the student's background, dedication, and study habits. While we aim to provide accurate information, we make no warranties regarding completeness or reliability.

10. Nursing Course Materials & Grade Guarantees

FutureRN does not guarantee any specific grade or academic performance in nursing courses. Our educational materials are designed to be supplemental resources only and are not intended to replace official course materials, lectures, or instruction provided by your educational institution. Success in nursing courses depends on numerous factors including but not limited to: your prior knowledge, study habits, attendance, participation in official course activities, and the specific requirements of your institution and instructors.

11. Limitation of Liability

FutureRN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or interruptions related to platform access. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you to FutureRN in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Updates and Changes

FutureRN reserves the right to update course materials, features, pricing, or these Terms of Service at any time. Pricing changes will only apply to future billing cycles, and current subscribers will be notified via the email address on file prior to any price increase. Continued use of the platform after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action or chargeback, you agree to contact FutureRN at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as outlined in Section 15.

Any external links provided within the platform are accessed at your own risk. FutureRN is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within North Carolina.
